Below is what we ate over a period of 2 months. For breakfast, we usually have oatmeal. The fruit listed is what we put into the oatmeal. We also add sliced almonds, honey, and cinnamon as needed. We usually have an early lunch and then a snack before nap time. If my child is not hungry for the snack, then we don’t have it. Then we do an early dinner and a before bed snack.
